NEVER HEARD OF CODING BEFORE? READ ON... YOU'LL BE AMAZED AT WHAT WE CAN DO!
As well as our remapping services, we also offer a separate coding service which allows us to successfully and safely apply various mods to BMW and VAG vehicles including Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda. With this equipment we are able to diagnose and code these vehicles to adjust a huge variety of stock features and even add features that would have been optional extras when the vehicle was originally manufactured (provided the required hardware is present). For example, our coding equipment can:
Initialise hidden systems such as Audi Drive Mode Select
Add/remove Bluetooth hands-free and media player
Add/remove digital speedometer on dashboard
Customise how the digital display/screen looks
Remove warnings such as 'Service Due' alert
Add/remove dashboard needle sweep
Add/remove seatbelt warning chime
Add/remove Satellite Navigation
Add/remove lock/unlock chime
Turn front turning lights on/off
Add/remove parking assist
...and MUCH MUCH MORE!

We have worked on a huge variety of vehicles. Shown below is a small example of our growing coding portfolio.
The needle sweep mod is one of our customer favourites. It is often known as the 'test gauge' or 'welcome ceremony' and can be applied to most Audi, Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda models from 2008 onwards. Check out the videos to see how it looks!
This mod can be applied to vehicles with the virtual cockpit dashboard as well as the standard dials, both of which are shown (click the left and right arrows to scroll between the two videos).
The lock/unlock chime mod is a practical modification that instructs the vehicle to beep when it is locked or unlocked. This is useful as it notifies the driver that the vehicle is locked without having to pull a door handle to check.
The sound produced varies from vehicle to vehicle. For example, the 2015 Audi A4 Avant in the video makes a distinct beep sound, whereas some vehicles make a quieter click or even produce a quiet beep of the horn.
HIDDEN SETTINGS - AUDI DRIVE SELECT
Many coding modifications are applied simply to make the vehicle more interesting and fun, such as the needle sweep, whereas some mods are added for practical reasons, such as the lock/unlock chime or the Bluetooth hands-free activation. However, some of the available mods can make a huge difference and even add a considerable amount to the value of the vehicle!
A great example of how we added considerable value to a vehicle would be this recent customers Audi A4 Avant. We were able to install and fully customise the Audi 'Drive Select' function to this vehicle that didn't have it from the factory!
Photo 1: This photo shows what the Car menu used to look like without the Audi Drive Select feature. Notice that the bottom of the display has no extra menus.
Photo 2: This is how the Car menu now looks after we installed the Drive Select feature.
Photo 3: Here you can see the completely new screen displaying the possible driving modes to choose from.
Photo 4: After installing the Drive Select menu we then continued to install an extra two driving modes.
Photo 5: This menu shows how the ‘Individual’ driving mode allows you to independently customise how the engine, gearbox and steering feels!
Not only does this mod make driving more pleasurable, it adds considerable value to your car for very little investment!
